Hi, I'm Jess Tierney. I'm passionate about freeing people suffering from anxiety, depression, weight, and self-esteem issues. I believe a lot of us get conditioned in our life at a very young age based on our environment and the people around us. Once you have an understanding of why you are doing the things you struggle with, then it becomes much easier to change a behaviour, belief, or habit.

As a Clinical hypnotherapist and coach located in Ely, Cambridge, and Heacham I bring years of experience, knowledge, wisdom and tools to help people all around the world. I use a combination of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, and coaching. My focus is on liberating people from a 'stuck' mentality, guiding them towards a positive and successful frame of mind.
