Once you have an understanding of why you are doing the things you struggle with, then it becomes much easier to change a behaviour, belief or habit.
Truly feeling free means bringing awareness to yourself and really connecting with that inner child that didn't feel good enough, that felt hurt, unseen or unheard and pushed down all the pain they felt.
It’s about taking the time to truly understand who you are, not what society or the people that have raised you conditioned you to be. In order to truly become free of emotional pain you need to have an understanding of how your past has/is affecting your present.
