Hi, I'm Jess Tierney. I'm passionate about freeing people suffering from anxiety, depression, weight, and self-esteem issues. I believe a lot of us get conditioned in our life at a very young age based on our environment and the people around us. Once you have an understanding of why you are doing the things you struggle with, then it becomes much easier to change a behavior, belief, or habit.
As a seasoned clinical hypnotherapist and coach located in Across the UK, I bring over two decades of experience, having served clients across the UK and internationally.
